Description
This synopsis is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for quote and no solicitation exists. The Directorate of Contacting, Fort Drum, NY is seeking multiple businesses willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for services under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 721110: Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The small business size standard for this industry is $7.0 million in average annual revenue. Services would include providing lodging, food and beverage, and conference space. The locations where Contractors shall be located are Lake Placid, Niagara Falls, Lake George, Rochester, Syracuse, NY. No third party agreements will be established. Generally calls placed will be between $10,000 and $25,000; however, there may be some requirements that exceed $25,000. No BPA call would cross the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.00. The place of performance will be at the Contractors hotel. When establishing these BPAs the Government will consider vendors whose past performance indicates quality service and dependability if past performance information exists. Sources with which BPAs have been established are not obligated to quote for all requirements. The BPA will be reviewed annually and may be in effect until 30 December 2014. If two or more small businesses have BPAs in a given area, the requirement will be competed among only the small businesses first. If small business can not meet the need then the requirement will be opened up to all BPA holders. Interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This can be done by accessing the Internet at www.ccr.gov or calling 1-888-227-2423. Representations and certifications must also be on record through ORCA at www.orca.bpn.gov. Interested vendors must be able to accept payment through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). All sources wishing to participate may send an e-mail to joshua.kaufmann@us.army.mil for further information.
