The Government will make a best value award decision IAW FAR Part 13.106-2. Quotes shall include pricing information to include unit price and the extended total. To be eligible for contract award or payment from any DoD activity, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contract Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Work Flow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) websites.
