Purpose of Event: Conduct a two day pre-deployment event away from home station for Service Members and their families to provide useful information and guidance from various service providers. This service is for Service Members and their families to help get answers to frequently asked questions concerning deployment from home station to theater of operation. 1.2 Date of Event: 5-6 December 2009 1.3Proposed Location of Event: Little Rock, Arkansas 2. Requirements. 2.1.1 Lodging Required: Yes (only personnel that live over 150 miles from home station) 2.1.2 Number of Nights for Lodging: 2 2.1.3 Dates of Lodging: 5-6 December 2009 2.1.4 Type of Lodging Required: One room per individual/family 2.1.5 Projected Number of Lodging Rooms Needed for Event: Friday night (50) Saturday night (45) 2.2 Meeting Rooms Needed: Yes 3.
