Description

RFP for solicitation GS-11P-10-MA-C-0029 The contractor shall provide Cafeteria Operations at the United States Department of State, Main State Harry S. Truman (HST) Building, located at 2201 C Street NW, Washington, DC and Columbia Plaza located at 2301 E Street, NW, Washington, DC, for an initial period of five years, beginning March 1, 2010, with two unilateral options that may be exercised at the Government's discretion. The total contract period will not exceed fifteen (15) years. The Government is procuring these services through competitive negotiations using the Source Selection Procedures. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained and uploaded at www.fedbizopps.gov. Proposals will be due on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 2:30 P.M. (EST).
