RECOVERY PROJECT DESCRIPTION: GMNF Aquatic Passage Culvert and Bridge Reconstruction FR 220 Culvert Reconstruction Project, Green Mountain and Finger Lakes National Forest. To improve Vermont Fish Passage (GMNF) Rivers located in Vermont, Rutland. RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located Vermont in Rutland County. GOVERNMENT ESTIMATE COST RANGE: Between $100,000 AND $250,000. This procurement is hereby determined to be unrestricted.. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, and DRAWINGS: The solicitation, AG-4419-S-10-0153 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as an RFP and will be available for downloading on or about 11-30-09 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/
