In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirement associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the Forest Service awarded a fixed price task order under its competitively awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract number AG-43ZP-C-07-0001for revising a design and specifications for the International Institute of Tropical Forestry. The task order incorporated contract clauses required for projects using Recovery Act funds.
