- PR: AX9T7046AX, AX9T7047AX, AX9T7048AX AND AX9T7049AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 59, up to 85 maximum, of a Separator, Particle for each NSN - 2945-01-570-6862, Part Number: CE01167R and 2945-01-570-6863, Part Number: CE011675L applicable to the BL CH-47 Turbine Engine (T55) with deliveries to Herlong, CA 96113-5520. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 59 each 120 DACA. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. This item is restricted to Pall Aeropower Corporation, Cage Code: 18350. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
