The work consists of installing a new utility line that must be ditched along St. Joe River Road approximately 0.8 miles up the highway from the nearest Verizon service pedestal. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS: 237990. Estimated start work date is April 15, 2010, and performance time is 45 calendar days. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is November 27, 2009. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract.
