- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR MAPLE GROVE RECREATION SITE COMFORT STATIONS. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The work consists of Demolition and disposal of two vault toilets and installation of two new vault toilets at the Maple Grove Recreation Site. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS: 237990. The project site is located at Maple Grove Recreation Site. Estimated start work date is April 1, 2010, and performance time is 90 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is November 27, 2009. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
