THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER Competition to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-AsidesThe National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-10-RA-0008 for the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, and reports necessary to remove existing gutters and install new pre-painted 24 gauge metal (5" box style) gutters with matching downspouts at the Quantico National Cemetery located at 18424 Joplin Road (Route 619, P.O.Box 10, Quantico, VA. 22172. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The NAICS Code is 238160. Size standard is $14.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. No electronic proposals will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Barry Ross, Contract Specialist in writing at barry.ross2@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about November 12, 2009. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., November 24, 2009. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
