- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN ABERDEEN, MD STAR #: 9MD2229 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 6,895 rentable square feet in Aberdeen, MD. The space should yield 5,996 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require six (6) outside surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Rt 40 South: Palmer Rd to Michaelsville Rd to Chesapeake Bay. East: Susquehanna River and Chesapeake Bay West: Rt 40 to Rt 7 to Rt 159 to Palmer Road The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 28, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
