- RECOVERY--The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Northern Plains Area, requirement to Replace roof and paint the exterior, Building 3 at the at the Grain Marketing and Production Research Center (GMPRC) in Manhattan, Kansas under solicitation number AG-82HW-S-09-0025 previously posted on 8/24/2009, is cancelled. A new solicitation for the roof replacement and paint the exterior of Building 3 will be issued with new and revised requirements. The new solicitation will be a 100% total set-aside for competition among Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Businesses. This project is funded by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act. The new solicitation, with specifications and drawings, will be available on the FedBizOpps web site on or about 12/9/2009.
