- United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space In Trenton, New Jersey Star # 8NJ2043 The United States Government seeks to lease office space and related space consisting of approximately 6,873 rentable square feet in Trenton, New Jersey. The rentable area shall yield a minimum of 5,976 ANSI/BOMA office area usable square feet. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: Start at the intersection of Market Street extension and Barlow Street Follow Market Street Extension to South Stockton Street Follow South Stockton Street to East Front Street Follow East Front Street to Barrack Street Follow Barrack Street to West State Street Follow West State Street to Green Place Follow Green Place to West Hanover Street Follow West Hanover Street to North Willow Street Follow North Willow Street to Bank Street Follow Bank Street to Perry Street Follow Perry Street to Carroll Street Follow Carroll Street to Gill Alley Follow Gill Alley to Ewing Street Follow Ewing Street to East State Street Follow East State Street to Raul Wallenberg Avenue Follow Raul Wallenberg Avenue to Barlow Street Follow Barlow Street to Market Street Extension The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by: 1) Building name and address 2) Rentable square feet and rate peer rentable square foot 3) Written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
