Description

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a solicitation. The General Services Administration intends to award a Task Order under an existing local Multiple Award - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for professional CM services to provide oversight during the design, construction, and close out phase of the Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Generation Project at the Conrad B. Duberstein U.S. Bankruptcy Courthouse, 271 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, NY. This American Recovery and Re-investment Act (ARRA) project will replace several older generation components with more energy efficient components including Multi-parameter Demand Control Ventilation, new energy efficient third fuel source electric chillers, new centrifugal chillers and high efficiency boilers, Installation of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and energy efficient lighting upgrades. No public solicitation will be issued for the services. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes only.
