- The Department of the Army, Installation Contracting Command, Enterprise and Installation Operations, Directorate of Contracting at White Sands Missile Range, NM, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to award sole source to National Instruments, 11500 N Mopac Expwy, Austin, TX 78759-3504, a contractor for software license renewal. The renewal is proprietary in nature and National Instruments is the only known source that can provide the support needed. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources capable of meeting the requirement must submit a capability statement by 1:00 pm MST 13 November 2009.
