Description
IQC09308009025. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1680-01-327-9404, Cushion, Seat, Aircraft, IAW AMCOM (CAGE 81996) drawing 1680AH64-9404 Rev Basic dated 01JAN1939. Approved sources are Fabritech (CAGE 0TLW4) part number SC64-01 and BAE Systems Aerospace (CAGE 54786) part number 100795-1. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is not a Critical Safety Item as of November 6, 2009. Surge is not required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 480 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Origin Inspection is required. This item is Configuration Control and a Critical Application item. This is a Source Controlled item. This item requires a Contractor First Article Test and a Government Fit Test. Requested delivery for production units is 185 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is November 20, 2009. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about December 21, 2009.
