Description
IQC09308009028. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1615-00-003-1153, Bolt Assembly, Rotor, IAW Boeing Helicopter (CAGE 77272) drawing 114R3650 Rev E dated 30JAN1996 and AMCOM (CAGE 81996) procurement package 114R3650 Rev “Y” dated 22JUL05 and SR114R3650 Rev “K” dated 01MAR02. Part number 114R3650-11. Approved source is Avibank (CAGE 84256). FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is an Army Critical Safety Item as of November 5, 2009. Surge is required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 734 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Origin Inspection is required. This item is Configuration Control and a Critical Application item and Flight Safety Critical item. This is an Export Control item. This item contains a First Article – Contractor testing requirement, Requested delivery for production units is 180 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is November 20, 2009. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about December 21, 2009.
