Advertisement - REQUIRED: Approximately 111,686 BOMA rentable square feet (yielding a minimum of 75,444 USF) of office space, together with 78 surface parking spaces. LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at Charles R. Jonas Building located at 401 W. Trade, Street, Charlotte, NC through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, as well as cost to move data and telecommunications lines. Delineated area: LEASE TERM: Five (5) years, three(3) years firm, and beginning on or about December 16, 2009. OWNERS & AGENTS: Owners or their exclusive listing agency ONLY may submit properties.
