Description

Sections K to M Sections B to H Section J Section I Section A/SF 1449 This is an unrestricted combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement, as a commercial item purchase, of Off-Center Lodging for students at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), 2000 Bainbridge Ave., Charleston, SC 29405. Lodging facilities shall be located within a 20 mile radius of the FLETC, Charleston Facility. This solicitation will result in a multiple award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract. Task orders will be issued to contractors under the multiple award contracts. It is anticipated that award will be made to a range of 20 to 30 lodging facilities in the area. The total annual requirement for this requirement is approximately 63,000 rooms/nights per year to be divided among the 20 to 30 awarded contracts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110, "Hotels (Except Casinos) and Motels" with a Small Business Size Standard of $6.5 million. The proposed contract will be for one base period of 9 months or less with 4 one-year renewable options, resulting in the contract performance time maximum of 57 months. Solicitation documents are provided as attachments to this announcement. A pre=proposal conference will be held at the FLETC, Charleston facility on November 16, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Proposal will be due on November 25, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. EST.
