- LEASE SPACE TO THE GOVERNMENT Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing 27,235 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space in parts of Fauquier and Stafford counties, Virginia. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government requires 24/7 access to the offered building. Department of Defense (DOD) Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) standards, standoffs/setbacks, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF), et cetera may apply. The delineated area is as follows: North: Fauquier County and Stafford County Lines (facing southwest) [extending from Route 28 (Catlett Road) to Route 1 (Jefferson Davis Hwy)]; East : Route 1 (Jefferson Davis Highway) [extending from Stafford County line facing southwest to Route 610 (Garrisonville Road)]; South : Route 610 (Garrisonville Road) to Joshua Road to Route 627 (Mountainview Road) to Route 616 (Poplar Road into Fauquier County onto Bristerburg Road) to Elk Run Road to Route 28 (Catlett Road) [extending from Route 1 (Jefferson Davis Highway) eastern boundary to Route 28 (Catlett Road) western boundary]; West : Route 28 (Catlett Road) [extending from Elk Run Road southern boundary to Fauquier County line northern boundary]. Term: Ten (10) years with full termination rights, in whole or in part, by the government after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address; 2) Rentable square feet available and rentable rate per square foot; 3) Common Area Factor; and 4) Basic Floor plan. Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. This is neither a Solicitation for Offers (SFO), nor a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Government will not pay for/incur any costs as a result of this advertisement.
