Exhibit 2 – Rm 216M Exhibit 13 – 15Kv Swithchgear (#2) Attachment C – Equipment List dated 11/03/09 Exhibit 10 – Annex Sub-basement Attachment A – Performance Work Statement (PWS) Revision No. 001 dated 11/03/09 Exhibit 4 – Rm 201M Exhibit 6 – Rm 24M Exhibit 7 – Rm34M (480 & 270 equip) Exhibit 9 – Rm24A (#2) Exhibit 11 – Annex East Penthouse Response to Questions Exhibit 8 – Rm24A Exhibit 1 – 15kV Switchgear Exhibit 3 – Rm 34M (4160 equip) Exhibit 12 – Annex West Penthouse Exhibit 5 – Rm 331M The purpose of Amendment No. 002 is to; (i) amend the solicitation notice, (ii) amend Attachment A, (iii) amend Attachment C, (iv) add thirteen (13) Exhibits (refer to the below for further details) and (v) respond to questions in response to the solicitation. (i) Amend the solicitation notice: The following are the below amendments to the solicitation notice. "...II. REQUIREMENT: The BEP requires a Contractor to provide maintenance and emergency repair services for the BEP's central General Electric (G.E.) 15kV distribution switchgear as well as its other central G.E. and Cutler Hammer distribution switchgear (refer to Attachment A for specific details). This is mission critical equipment. As a result, it is imperative that this equipment remain operational on a 24x7x365 continuous basis. After market parts or refurbish parts shall not be used. Refer to the following Attachments and Exhibits for specific information; Attachment A - Performance Work Statement (PWS) Revision No. 001 dated 11/03/09 Attachment B - Wage Determination No. 2005-2103 Revision No. 8 dated 05/26/09 Attachment C - Equipment List dated 11/03/09 Attachment D - PRS Exhibit 1 - 15kV Switchgear Exhibit 2 - Rm 216M Exhibit 3 - Rm 34M (4160 equip) Exhibit 4 - Rm 201M Exhibit 5 - Rm 331M Exhibit 6 - Rm 24M Exhibit 7 - Rm34M (480 & 270 equip) Exhibit 8 - Rm24A Exhibit 9 - Rm24A (#2) Exhibit 10 - Annex Sub-basement Exhibit 11 - Annex East Penthouse Exhibit 12 - Annex West Penthouse Exhibit 13 - 15Kv Swithchgear (#2) III. RESPONSE INFORMATION: Offerors shall provide the following information in response to this solicitation. 1. Signed SF-1449 with the following; a. A Firm-Fixed price to perform the maintenance services for the BEP's central General Electric (G.E.) 15kV distribution switchgear (i.e. subsection A of Attachment A) for each defined period required, b. A Firm-Fixed price to perform the maintenance services for the BEP's other central G.E. and Cutler Hammer distribution switchgear (i.e. subsection B of Attachment A) for each defined period required and c. Proposed labor categories and hourly rates, including hourly rates for both normal and non business hours for responding to emergency repair requests. d. A Firm-Fixed price for responding, assessing the situation, inspecting and assessing the equipment and providing a quote in response to emergency repair requests. 2. A clear discussion of the proposed technical approach which clearly describes and discusses the resources, services, methods, programs to be used in support of this effort (i.e. performing maintenance and emergency repair services) for each type of equipment (i.e. Section II.A and II.B of Attachment A). The discussion shall provide sufficient details to readily and clearly covey the extent of the Offerors proposed technical approach and demonstrate a determinable level of the Offeror's ability to perform the work being proposed. For example, a. providing a checklist along with a discussion of the type of maintenance work to be performed for each type of equipment (i.e. refer to II.A and II.B of Attachment A for the type of equipment and Attachment C for a listing of equipment), i. including a discussion of what maintenance work can be performed without shutting down power to the switchgear versus what will require shut down, b. providing a schedule for when maintenance work for each location (e.g. BEP Y.E.S., long weekend or weekday), including an indication of the type of maintenance being performed (refer to Attachment C for location details) as well as an estimate of the number of days and length of time (i.e. 5 days with 10 hour days, etc) required. The schedule however must ensure that equipment maintenance is performed on an alternate year schedule (e.g. if the maintenance for the equipment located in Room 34M was performed in 2009 then it must be performed in 2011) and adhere to the requirements outlined in the solicitation and c. providing a discussion of how emergency repair services will be provided..." (ii) Amend Attachment A: Refer to Attachment A entitled, "Performance Work Statement (PWS) Revision No. 001 dated 11/03/09" for the specific details regarding the amendments made to this Attachment. Changes are reflect for ease of determining what has changed in the document however the document will be appropriately formatted and changed accepted prior to award. Attachment A - Performance Work Statement (PWS) Revision No. 001 dated 11/03/09 herein replaces and supersedes Attachment A - PWS. (iii) Amend Attachment C: Refer to Attachment C entitled, "Equipment List dated 11/03/09" for the specific details regarding the amendments made to this Attachment. Attachment C - Equipment List dated 11/03/09 herein replaces and supersedes Attachment C - Equipment List. (iv) Add thirteen (13) Exhibits: The following thirteen (13) Exhibits are herein made a part of the solicitation; a. Exhibit 1 - 15kV Switchgear b. Exhibit 2 - Rm 216M c. Exhibit 3 - Rm 34M (4160 equip) d. Exhibit 4 - Rm 201M e. Exhibit 5 - Rm 331M f. Exhibit 6 - Rm 24M g. Exhibit 7 - Rm34M (480 & 270 equip) h. Exhibit 8 - Rm24A i. Exhibit 9 - Rm24A (#2) j. Exhibit 10 - Annex Sub-basement k. Exhibit 11 - Annex East Penthouse l. Exhibit 12 - Annex West Penthouse m.
