Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (Fac) 2005-37, effective 14 Oct 2009 2005-05 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20091019. This acquisition is for Full and Open Competition. NAICS is 333997. Solicitation is for commercial service of: --CLIN 0001: FY10 Quarterly calibration, inspection and lubrication of current floor scales with digital indicators, Model number R3400 FB350. Serial # M06278002003, M06278002002, and H522775 (Model PLF-HR3400 FB 350). --CLIN 0002: 1 Year support for as needed repairs, parts, labor, truck and travel charges not to exceed $5,000.00 annual. Place of delivery, performance, and acceptance is FOB Destination, Dover AFB, DE 19902. The following provisions and clauses apply: Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
