Description
FOR ANY INFORMATION CONTACT:Anthony N. Hamilton, Intern Engineer, (410) 417-0498 This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for spare PWBs, used on the 30/60KW TQG Generator Set. We are buying a quantity for delivery via a five year flexible long term contract with the following range quantities for: NSN: 5998-01-466-4724, low 50 each and high 1100 each; NSN: 5998-01-466-4726, low 100 each and high 2100 each and NSN: 5998-01-466-6097, low 5 each and high 150 each per year for the entire five years. Request that suppliers provide the government with their Production Lead time and an economical low and high range for this item. The NSNs are 5998-01-466-4724, Drawing # 96-23573, 5998-01-466-4726, Drawing # 96-23584 and 5998-01-466-6097, Drawing # 96-23583, Cage Codes 30554. The current source for this item is Westwood Corporation, Tulsa, OK. Cage Code: 0FNW8. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of these units is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these units must indicate, by writing to Commander, USACECOM, and ATTN: RDER-PRA-GD, Building 1200W, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with units from the previous suppliers listed above. The response should also include production lead times, number of years part will be available, price break ranges if applicable, part numbers & CAGE of proposed parts, or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts. The Government will consider parts from other sources that have the same form, fit, and function as the required parts, Alternate parts would have to pass extensive performance and qualifications testing to ensure the parts meet the Militarys requirements, the cost of which would be considered in the acquisition decision. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. For more information contact Anthony N.
