- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking ALL firms with socioeconomic status: SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) with the ability to provide Snow Removal Services for the Northport VAMC. The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective delivery of these services. All work will be performed at: Northport VAMC 79 Middleville Road Northport, NY 11768-2200. This is to be awarded to a 100 % SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. Offers from other than SDVOSB Concerns will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 561790. To be considered a small business under this NAICS code the SBA size standard must not exceed $7.0 Million. The solicitation will be issued on or around 11/9/09. All information for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential bidders MUST be registered at FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information.
