Description
RECOVERY- MONTANA/DAKOTAS RADIO SITE CASHE IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 1 FENCES (GRIZZLY PEAK, WHITEWATER, ANTIONE BUTTE/LITTLE ROCKIES, BULL MOUNTAIN, MOUNT BELMONT, COHAGEN) LDDFR15600000. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a Purchase Order for the installation of security fencing at BLM communications at Grizzly Peak (Carbon county), Whitewater (Phillips county), Antione Butte/Little Rockies (Phillips), Bull Mountain (Jefferson county), Mount Belmont (Golden county), and Cohagen Montana (Garfield county). The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around November 20, 2009 at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. The reciept of quotes is tentatively scheduled for December 21, 2009. Please check the soliciation for all required documentation to be submitted. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 238990. The small business standard is $14.0 million. This procurement will be awarded using the procedures set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 13 and 36 and is being advertised as a set aside for small business. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small businesses. Please be advised that the awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act, which requires that each prime contractor, and first tier subcontractors, report on its Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public. For more information go to www. recovery.gov. Prospective contractors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
