Description

There has been a change in the quantities for these two NSNs. Please see below ALSO THE SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS CHANGED FROM SPM4A7-09-R-0890 TO SPM4A7-10-R-0040 DUE TO THE NEW FISCAL YEAR. PR Number IQC09091009037, NSNs 1560-01-486-4893, Windshield Panel, Aircraft, 1560-01-486-4894, Windshield Panel, Aircraft. The approved manufacturer’s for these items are PPG Aerospace Transparencies div (53117) and Sikorsky Aircraft (78286). The FOB point is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted and is not restricted to small businesses. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for a Multi NSN Indefinite Quantity Contract. There is a Government FIT Testing and Contractor first Article Testing required for both of the NSNs. 1560-01-486-4893 Guaranteed Min for the base year is 213 each, Min Order Qty for base year is 213 each, Min Order Qty for option years is 120 each, Estimated Annual demand Qty for base year is 852 each; Estimated Annual demand Qty for option years is 480 each, Max Contract Qty for the base year is 1,704 each, Max Contract Qty for option years is 960 each.
