Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. Solicitation Number Q8120100008 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The National Park Service (NPS) has a requirement to haul, block, pressure wash,paint vessel, apply non-skid to swim steps, and replace PSS shaft saver bellows for NPS 100' vessel Ocean Ranger. This requirement also includes Option Items for additional painting, welding, and lay days. Contractors will be evaluated on the following criteria: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. All criteria will be weighted equally. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The Period of Performance for this contract is estimated to occur November 30, 2009 through January 19, 2010. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-aside.
