The incumbent must have a university degree in social work, international development, human ecology, sociology, nursing or related field. Masters in a related field is preferred. In terms of knowledge and/or work experience, the incumbent must have a minimum of 5 years experience work in HIV/AIDS community-based and/or OVC programs in the Southern African region is required.
