Description

Solicitation package 060-12-10 contains all instructions, forms and references needed to formulate an offer for this solicitation. Route #- 040B5 Termini- Cornish, ME to East Parsonsfield, ME Response Deadline- 12/03/2009 @ 15:00 ET Contract Term- 01/02/2010 through 03/31/2013 This is a four year, regular, renewable, fixed price contract to provide service in accordance with Terms & Conditions Issue 4, 2/27/09 and Statement of work 060-12-10. Prospective offerors will need to take into account all instructions and references in solicitation package 060-12-10 in order to formulate an offer. "040B5 READ FIRST” provides a summary of submitting an offer. Offerors will need to open and print the attachment labeled "FORMS THAT MUST BE COMPLETED & RETURNED".
