- The Naval Inventory Control Point Mechanicsburg intends to award a sole source time and materials service contract to Northrop Grumman, Technology Defense Group (NGIT), 7575 Colshire Drive, McClean, VA 22102. NGIT is the incumbent and the responsible source that will satisfy the required IT Engineering and Mission Sustainment bridging services with limited scope and duration NTE August 2010 while a competitive procurement is in process.
