Description

RECOVERY – This notice is provided for Informational Purposes Only. This opportunity is available to the contractors under the existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts for Region 5. This is not a notice for solicitation of offers. Building Re-Commissioning at the Paul Findley Federal Building & US Courthouse, 600 E. Monroe, Springfield, Illinois. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire construction services for the Paul Findley Federal Building & US Courthouse Re-commissioning project. The project is focused on receiving the highest energy payback possible within the building systems. The contractor shall perform modifications to Economizer Controls, replace domestic water heater, reset VAV units, install censors to provide demand control ventilation, and perform lighting fixture upgrades using reduced-energy lamps throughout the building.
