- SP0600-10-R-0210 - Synopsis Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) has a requirement for Fuel Transportation Services in Afghanistan. This requirement is for transportation of Aviation Turbine Fuel and Diesel Fuel to multiple locations in Afghanistan: Origin Location (Kabul, AFG) Delivery Location Product Estimated Quantity (USG) DFSP Tryco DFSP Bagram Aviation Jet Fuel 1,000,000 DFSP National DFSP Bagram Aviation Jet Fuel 1,000,000 DFSP Tryco DFSP Bagram Diesel Fuel 500,000 DFSP National DFSP Bagram Diesel Fuel 500,000 DFSP Tryco FOB Fenty Aviation Jet Fuel 500,000 DFSP National FOB Fenty Aviation Jet Fuel 500,000 DFSP Tryco FOB Sharana Aviation Jet Fuel 500,000 DFSP National FOB Sharana Aviation Jet Fuel 750,000 DFSP Tryco FOB Shank Aviation Jet Fuel 1,500,000 DFSP National FOB Shank Aviation Jet Fuel 1,500,000 DESC anticipates soliciting this requirement early in December 2009. DESC will hold a pre-proposal conference in Dubai, UAE on December 7-9. The conference will have workshops covering such topics as: evaluation and proposal writing, the Performance Work Statement, DESC ordering process and working with DESC.
