Description
The 5th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for an annual maintenance agreement for AGFA Radiological Equipment to include: 1 UPS for small workflow manager; 1 UPS for Web 1000's; 1 Impax QC workstation; 1 Small web 1000 Server; 1 Ris Gate Way (DinPacs Only); 1 CR QS Server Starter/Print Kit; 1 Drystar 3000; 1 Cr 85.0 at the Medical Treatment Facility at Minot AFB, ND. This maintenance agreement is to include all labor, tools, materials, facilities, and transportation for on-site full service, preventative maintenance, and repair of this equipment. This agreement shall include an unlimited number of on-demand service visits and unlimited service calls. The contractor must have access to all factory original software and service manuals used to maintain, calibrate, upgrade, and troubleshoot the equipment. The NCOIC of Medical Equipment Repair may ask for proof of software and manuals prior to contract award. The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to enter into a firm, fixed-price contract with AGFA Healthcare Corporation, 100 Challenger rd. Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
