- Description
- The Office of Personnel Management has a requirement for the educational services from talented and qualified individuals to perform in the service areas listed below. The educational service providers must have experience in working with organizations and individuals at various levels of government, demonstrated skills and abilities in their subject areas and proven effectiveness in delivering programs to a variety of individuals and agency customers. The service areas covered in this solicitation are: Instructional Services and Prepared Courses Consulting Services Facilitation and Coaching Services Program Delivery Management Services These services will be conducted at the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, VA, the Eastern Management Development Center in Shepherdstown, WV, the Western Management Development Center in Aurora, CO and at multiple locations throughout the United States. It is anticipated that 600 Firm Fixed Price, Blanket Purchase Agreements will be awarded over the course of the five year period of performance (base year and four (4) one year option periods). The solicitation and any documents relating to this requirement will only be available through the internet at: www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring Fed Biz Opps for the release of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. Contractors are encouraged to sign-up on the fedbizopps.gov website, for email notification of all actions relevant to this solicitation, and on the interested vendors list, also listed at the bottom of this announcement. The anticipated date for release of a solicitation is approximately 15 days from the date of this notice. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AT THIS TIME. Once the solicitation is released, offerors will be given an opportunity to ask questions and answers will be posted to www.fedbizopps.gov. Responses to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) package will be due approximately 30 days following the actual date of issuance of the RFQ. Award of this requirement is anticipated by February 28, 2010.
