Description

The Government intends to issue an unrestricted procurement for the production and delivery of Liquid Oxygen (LOX) NSN# 9135-00-965-2527, Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) NSN# 6830-01-526-5162, and Gaseous Hydrogen (GH2) NSN# 6830-01-578-8762 to Tinker AFB, OK. The estimated total quantity (ETQ) for LOX is 115,804 gallons; the ETQ for LN2 is 92,680 gallons; and the ETQ for GH2 is 8,436 gallons. In addition, the following services are included in the requirement; Detention Costs, Delivery Fee for Expedited Delivery, and Tank Hot Fill Services. This full and open competitive procurement will result in one contract with a performance period of 1 January 2010 - 30 September 2014. Delivery is FOB Destination. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 November 2009. A hard copy of the solicitation may be requested; however, only written or emailed requests for the solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
