- After 11/20/09 copies of RFP will be available on DSCC web-site https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. This RFP contains a 100% quantity option. Proposed procurement is for Noun: Filter, Band Pass, NSN 5915-01-234-1510. Approved sources: Coleman Microwave (52476) P/n 11442600. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This is a Unrestricted procurement. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited from 1-75. Destination may include any of DSCC stock sites. Delivery 50 within 100 days balance of 25 every 30 days thereafter.. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
