Warren AFB, WY 82005-2860, UNITED STATES DESCRIPTION This special notice for commercial items is posted as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.203 and FAR Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13), as supplemented with additional information included within to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide: 0001 - Storage Locker and Padlock to include: Durham Welded Mesh Side Storage Locker Punched diamond pattern in cabinet door, back and sides are perfect where ventilation and visibility are critical. Heavy duty, all welded piano hinge secures door to avoid sagging. 14 Gauge steel mesh on bottom, top and shelves. 16 gauge solid steel back. Four (4) steel shelves adjust on 1" centers. Each shelf should be able to hold 300 lbs. 2-point locking handle with provision for padlock. 6" legs with holes allow for floor lagging. Finished in durable gray powder coated finish. All welded assembly. Group: 1 Wide. Dimensions: 24" W x 24" D x 78" H Manufacturer: Global Industrial Part No: WB239721 or "Equal" Quantity: 60 Each Keyed Padlock Secure steel padlock with a chrome plate finish. Lock must include two (2) keys. The lock must have a 360 degree swivel head with unlocked. Rubber bumper protects surfaces from marring. Manufacturer: Global Industrial Part No: WB238426 or "Equal" Quantity: 60 Each Shipping Quantity: 1 Each Quantity: 60 Each Delivery will be to Base Supply, 7100 Saber Road, Bldg 1284, F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming 82005. The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars (FACs) 2005-37. The proposed requirement is set-aside for Small Business concerns and applies to the North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 337215 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Government will make a best value award decision IAW FAR Part 13.106-2. Quotes shall include pricing information to include unit price and the extended total. To be eligible for contract award or payment from any DoD activity, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contract Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Work Flow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) websites. Information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423, or by registering via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. Information on WAWF-RA registration may be obtained by calling 1-866-618-5988, or by registering via the WAWF-RA website at https://wawf.eb.mil/. The WAWF-RA Invoicing System is now mandatory for use. There are no charges or fees to use WAWF-RA, and allows monitoring of your payment status online. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certification Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. There will be no paper copies of the RFQ notice available. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent RFQ notice. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing within the time allowed.
