- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a delivery order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contract No. 08CRCN0006 awarded to Nanometrics, Inc. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. The original award was made on a competitive basis. The delivery order issued against the aforementioned contract is as follows: Contract No. 08CRCN0006/Delivery Order number G10PD00173; the dollar value of this action is $498,400.00 for acquisition of broadband seismometers, cable, and insulating covers; Period of Performance is 11/05/2009 to 02/05/2010, and; place of performance is Ontario, Canada. The order is firm fixed price. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirement, is required. (ATN# ARRA-SE0002i.3, TAS 140803)
