- A firm-fixed priced services contract for total maintenance services at Finther Landstrasse, Mainz-Gonsenheim, Germany. Contractors shall provide all management services, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, facilities, transportation, and equipment required to perform minor construction, maintenance and repair of family housing quarters. Specific tasks would include, but not be limited to: maintenance and repair of playgrounds, gates, and fences; interior painting; interior and exterior spot painting, and cleaning; landscaping and emergency roof system repair. The contractor shall perform related services such as preparing and submitting required reports, performing administrative work and submitting specified information.
