- This notice is for information purposes only as required by FAR subpart 5.7; “Publicizing Requirement under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009” The specific requirement is FAR 5.705 (a) (2). This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. It is the intent of the Forest Service to use an existing Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for design work on the Bitterroot National Forest. The Forest Service will enter into negotiations with firms under the existing IDIQ Contracts to reach a best value determination for award of this work.
