Description

RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the Greater Chicagoland Service Center's existing IDIQ contracts for repair and alterations. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for HVAC and Lighting Upgrades at the Ralph H. Metcalfe Federal Building in Chicago, Illinois. The scope of work to be accomplished will include: providing a new head end building management system, upgrading the master lighting control relay system, upgrading the existing built-up air handlers controls, and retrofitting existing pneumatic VAV terminal boxes to DDC controls and electric operators. This opportunity is only available to the current contract holders. This is not a request for quotation. Any questions regarding this notification should be directed to the Contracting Officer whose name appears herein.
