Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) proposes to enter into a sole source purchase order with 21 Church Street L.L.C. c/o Investment Properties, Inc. of Rockville, MD for building operation and maintenance services of the NRC Church Street Building located at 21 Church Street, Rockville, MD. The services include utilities for NRC A/C units, overtime A/C, maintenance of above building standard fixtures, NRC owned equipment, lights, ceiling tiles, appliances, additional janitorial services and supplies and building modifications to meet the agency mission. These services were previously provided to the NRC through an interagency agreement with the General Service Administration (GSA). The NRC has been granted delegated authority from the GSA to contract for above lease standard services directly with the lessor of 21 Church Street, Rockville, MD. All of these services must be supplied through 21 Church Street L.L.C. c/o Investment Properties, Inc. as they own and operate the building through a lease with the GSA. The period of performance is November 25, 2009 through November 24, 2010 with four one-year option periods. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Request for copies of this solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services.
