- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912EK-10-R-0001. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS A SOLE SOURCE 8(a) SET ASIDE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This notice is being posted in compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The work will include, but is not limited to: removal of existing lighting standards on the locks and dams, parking areas and access roads, installation of new high mast and hinged lighting standards, and associated electrical and structural work. The estimated dollar range is $500,000 - $1,000,000. The contract will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The NAICS Code is 238210. the small business size standard is $14 million.
