- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, Pt. Mugu, CA intends to procure on a full and open basis Rhode & Schwarz Spectrum Analyzer Model FSP40 with Options & Warranty provisions. Will accept ALL offers for a refurbished model. The solicitation will be issued on or about 10/29/09 with complete description &/or specifications and will be available on www.fbo.gov and http://www.neco.navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation no later than 10 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
