PRON: AX9CF029AX, NOUN: Indicator, Temperature, NSN: 6685-01-562-7710; P/N: H9030K-217A, Qty: 3 each applicable to Weapon System (CF) Flexible Engine Diagnostic System with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 3 each 275 Days After Contract Award (DACA. This item is restricted to Howell Instruments, Inc. (CAGE (98869) because this part is a commercial/non-developmental;/off-the-shelf-item. As such, it is now governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules. Only FAA qualified sources are listed. Other prospective sources must qualify through the FAA under the Part Manufacturer Approval (PMA). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
