- Description
- This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only for AE contactor Parsons Infrastructure and Technology under contract W9126G-07-D-0028, AE Services for Military Construction, Southwestern Division. The intent of this RFP is to ask the Contractor to develop the requirements for Phase II of the Replacement Hospital and integrate these into the Phase 1 performance based request for proposal that will be used for the solicitation and award of a design build contract. During Phase II the AE will provide all services, materials, supplies, plant, labor, equipment, investigations, studies, superintendence and travel necessary to successfully utilize information provided by Phase II Charette, draft RFP and other documents and integrate that information into a final RFP. The duration of this project is expected to be from 30 October 2009 to 30 September 2010. North American Industrial Classification System Code applicable to this project is 541330, Engineering Services which has a size standard of $4,500,000 in average receipts and corresponds to SIC Code 8711.
