Description: Massage Therapist Solicitation The Library of Congress' Health Services Office (HSO) is seeking a no cost contract to provide seated massages to Library employees. Period of performance is December 1, 2009 – November 30, 2010 with 4 one year options. The therapeutic massages, using generally accepted massage techniques to suit client needs, are offered to our employees as a part of our Health promotion and Wellness services and serve to promote good health, stress relief and productivity.
