- This is a pre-solicitation notice for potential contractors to provide commercial bakery services for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, San Antonio, Texas 78229; the North Texas Veterans Health Care System, Dallas, Texas 75216; and the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, Temple, Texas 76504. Intent is to award a fixed price-economic price adjustment, indefinite quantity contract with one base year plus four (4) option years. The NAICS code is 311812 with a business size standard of 500 employees. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/). The solicitation issue due date will be on or about November 6, 2009. Further details will be provided on the request for proposal.
