- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER SPRRA1-10-R-0009. PRON: AX9C0245AX, NSN: 6625-01-552-5888, P/N: DNT-3061-000, NOUN: Test Set, Electronic, Quantity: Minimum/19 each Maximum/211 each 5 year IDIQ applicable to BK: CH-47 (Chinook) weapon system. Production lead- time 19 each 189 days after contract award with delivery to Tobyhanna, PA 18466-5059. This item is sole source BCF Designs Incorporation Cage Code 4CXR4. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
