Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is only available to contractors under Greater Chicagoland Service Center's existing IDIQ contracts for repair and alteration. The Request for Quote is for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for HVAC & Lighting Upgrades at the U.S. Customhouse in Chicago, Illinois. The scope of work for this project includes several individual components. Without force and effect upon the CMc contract document, the work of the Construction Phase can be described as follows and in the following priority: 1) Provide Air Handler Units Variable Frequency Drives, 2) Retrofit Return Air Fans to Spill-Fan Type, 3) Upgrade Parking Lot Lighting Fixtures, 4) Retrofit T-8 Lighting Lamps, 5) Upgrade Stairwell Light Fixtures, 6) Upgrade Exit Signs, & 7) Additional Occupancy Sensors. This opportunity is only available to the current contractor holders. This is not a request for quotations. Any questions regarding this notification should be directed to the Contracting Officer whose name appears herein.
